Toga PartyActive Challenge is more than a weight loss camp. While there is no doubt that campers and parents chose Active Challenge over other residential camping experiences because they want to make changes in their physical bodies. However, you will find that what you will gain from the Active Challenge program far exceeds what you will lose.

Active Challenge starts by training campers intensively on the set of behaviors proven by research to sustain weight loss permanently such as self-monitoring, journaling, goal setting and portion control. Campers receive nutritional and culinary training and work with our fitness instructors to get started on a fitness program that can carry them forward after leaving camp.  Active Challenge coaches work with campers to overcome any barriers they may have to mastering positive behaviors and instilling healthy habits.

Pre Camp
